The Thomas Consulting Group’s Owner’s Representative services include providing an overview of the architect’s and contractor’s performance, and acting as the owner’s representative by making recommendations on contract matters, budget adjustments, proposed changes, time extensions, and resolution of problems or questions that arise throughout the construction period.
