The Thomas Consulting Group can provide or review detailed construction cost estimates for both lump sum and unit price assignments, which reflect material requirements, labor, quantity takeoffs, construction equipment requirements, and indirect cost items.  These estimates or estimate reviews can range from an entire project to specific project elements and may also include change orders and claims.

The Thomas Consulting Group has the ability to analyze and test various construction-related estimates probabilistically during design, prior to bidding, and during construction (for change orders) by simulation to determine where uncertainties may exist and what amount of contingency is appropriate.
